By accessing or using Captain's Rose, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must use the platform lawfully and must not interfere with security, access controls, data integrity or other users.

Captain's Rose provides discovery, comparison, market-intelligence and decision-support tools. It is not a yacht broker, dealer, charter operator, surveyor, lender, insurer, tax adviser, lawyer or substitute for qualified professional advice. AI-generated and data-driven outputs are informational and should be independently verified before a purchase, charter, financial or legal decision.

Yacht specifications, prices, status, location, charter availability and other listing information may come from professionals, feeds, files, websites or third-party sources. Information can change and may contain errors. Captain's Rose does not guarantee that a listing is current, complete, available or free from inaccuracies.

When you choose to contact a broker, dealer, charter professional or other marine professional, any resulting relationship or transaction is between you and that professional or their business. Captain's Rose may facilitate the introduction but is not a party to the underlying yacht purchase, sale, charter or professional-services agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person or organization or use an account you are not authorized to access.

Captain Pro is a paid professional subscription. Unless a different offer is displayed at checkout, the plan includes a 30-day trial followed by $299 per month, billed through Stripe, until canceled. A payment method may be required to begin the trial. Professionals remain responsible for their own deals, commissions, taxes, licenses, disclosures and legal obligations.

Professional users may submit only inventory, media, descriptions and source connections they are authorized to provide. By submitting content, you grant Captain's Rose a non-exclusive license to host, normalize, display, analyze, index and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the platform.

You may not scrape or bulk-extract the platform without permission, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, submit fraudulent listings, misrepresent authority over inventory, manipulate inquiries or matching, use the service to violate law or third-party rights, or attempt to reverse engineer protected platform functionality except where law expressly permits it.

Captain's Rose, Captain, the Captain's Rose branding, platform design, software, original content and related intellectual property are owned by Captain's Rose or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to users.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, a specific match result, successful transaction, lead volume, sale, charter booking or business outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Captain's Rose will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, transaction losses or decisions made in reliance on platform information. Any limitation that cannot legally apply will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, fraud, legal risk, nonpayment or material breach.
